If you wish to delete your account, please send a request using the Submit a request form that can be found by clicking on this link. Alternatively, click on Support and go to Contact us.
* Please indicate your ProBit Global email address under which the account was registered, and the reason why you wish to delete the account.
* Please make sure that you are contacting us from the same email address as the account that you are requesting to delete.
* Please be sure to withdraw your assets prior to submitting your request as any account with a remaining balance can’t be deleted.
