The more PROB you stake, the bigger your allocation will be!

*PROB Staked: Amount of PROB staked in your staking wallet (minimum 500 PROB)

*PROB Subscriptions: Amount of unlocked/unstaked PROB available to be used towards your total allocation (no minimum)

Purchase Requirement:

⯈ Terms and Conditions

• ProBit Exclusive sale is conducted on a subscription basis. Users may only subscribe with PROB within the subscription period.
• Multiple subscriptions are allowed. Users may stake more PROB to increase their maximum allocations.
• Users will receive USDC in proportion to the subscription rate. Unused PROB will be refunded during distribution time. 
• All ProBit Exclusive subscriptions made using PROB are accepted proportionately during the sale. ProBit Exclusives are NOT first-come, first serve. 
• Subscribed USDC are NOT subject to any lock-up period.  

1. Over-subscription: Allotment to each participant will be proportionate to his or her application amount. For example, if USDC sale is 2X oversubscribed, all participants will receive 50% of their subscribed amount. If USDC sale is 10x oversubscribed, all participants will receive 10% of their subscribed amount.
2. Undersubscription: If USDC sale is undersubscribed, all users will receive 100% of their subscribed amounts

• Results will be announced before the distribution on June 13, 2022, 07:00 UTC. *ProBit reserves the right to delay distribution of USDC
  *ProBit reserves the right to entirely undo the event
