How to Deposit
1. Log in to your ProBit Global account.
2. Click on Wallet → Deposit
3. You can find your deposit address on the right side after selecting the cryptocurrency you intend to deposit. (e.g. click XRP when depositing Ripple).
- Click on the Copy icon to get your deposit address or the QR code icon to scan the QR code.
- Please make sure to check the precautions and double-check all deposit details before proceeding.
4. Once your deposit is processed, you can now trade on ProBit Global.
*Important Note about Destination Tags/Memos
There are some tokens such as XRP that require a specific memo or destination tag to be inputted.
- If you forget to specify the memo you will need to send a ticket to ProBit Global Support for assistance in recovering your transaction.
- ProBit Global will only communicate via support@probit.com and will never ask for passwords, money, or other confidential information.

Once the transaction has started, it may take some time for the deposit to be processed due to network confirmations. These confirmations are to prevent double-spending and are automatically processed.
How to Withdraw
1. Log in to your ProBit Global account.
2. Click on Wallet → Withdrawal
3. You can find your withdrawal address on the right side after selecting the cryptocurrency you intend to withdraw. (e.g. click XRP when withdrawing Ripple).
*Important Note about Destination Tags/Memos
There are some tokens such as XRP that require a specific memo to be inputted. If you forget to specify the memo for a withdrawal you will need to contact the outgoing platform.
Where to find your withdrawal address?
Your withdrawal address is usually either the address of your wallet or the DEPOSIT ADDRESS of the same coin on another platform.
Important Precaution
Please double-check the relevant coin's withdrawal address, amount, and precautions before proceeding as ProBit Global can not guarantee any recovery of assets as a result of withdrawing to an incorrect address.
As noted in the Withdrawal screen, there are minimum withdrawal amounts and fees when making a withdrawal.
If your withdrawal has not been processed after 24 hours, please open a ticket with ProBit Global support team for assistance.
