The cause of missing deposit or withdrawal may be blockchain network congestion, or the deposit being made using a wrong address or blockchain.
Please be advised that this process is automated via blockchain networks; ProBit Global is unable to control the speed. If the transaction does not go through after 24 hours, you may follow up through the Submit a Request link.
In case you placed a deposit using the wrong token/address/blockchain, please provide the following information and documents through the Submit a Request link. Make sure you have completed KYC on ProBit Global if you haven't, and we will conduct an investigation to resolve your case.
*Misplaced transactions take considerable time to recover so please be sure to always double-check that you are sending the correct token to the correct destination address.
Required Information:
- Name
- ProBit Global account email address
- Name of coin
- Deposit address
- Transaction ID (please copy-paste it in your message)
- Number of coins deposited
Required Documents:
- A full-page screenshot taken from within the exchange or platform that was used to make the transaction. Please make sure that the TXID/hash is visible.
Inform us of the name of the website.
Note: As per official policy, we can't accept ProBit Global, blockchain explorer or email screenshots. You will need to log in to the wallet that was used to withdraw from and provide a screenshot showing the relevant information, which will verify you as the legitimate transaction owner.
- A clear photo of your resident registration ID that was used for KYC verification together with a handwritten note with your ProBit Global email address, the current date, and "ProBit Global deposit not received" phrase written. You can cover the last 7 digits of the ID number.
- One clear, unedited photo showing all of the following information together:
• your face
• a handwritten note with the current date (example: July 25, 2019), your ProBit Global email address, as well as "ProBit Global deposit not received" phrase written
• your resident registration ID
The following is our policy regarding incorrectly placed deposits:

Deposit error of ARDOR, BNB, BTO, EOS, NEM, NUVO, STEEM, XLM, XMR, XRP, XYM with the wrong Destination tag, Memo or Message
Charge: No charge
Note that if a transfer was sent to a wrong Destination tag, Memo, Message, etc, and the Destination tag, Memo, Message, etc belongs to a valid account, but the account owner does not cooperate with returning it: It cannot be done.

Deposit error of ERC-20 token (listed on ProBit Global)
Charge: A fee of 300 USD ~ 1,000 USD worth of USDT/BTC will be charged if successful.

Deposit error of ERC-20 token (not listed on ProBit Global)
ProBit Global is not able to guarantee recovery.
Charge: A fee of 300 USD ~ 1,000 USD worth of USDT/BTC will be charged if successful.

Charge: A fee of 300 USD ~ 1,000 USD worth of ETH will be charged if successful.

Other Deposit Errors
ProBit Global is not able to guarantee recovery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In some cases, due to blockchain characteristics, incorrect deposit recovery is not possible.
Please understand that recovery of a wrong deposit is a big risk as there are security concerns and we have no choice but to charge a fee. Always confirm your address and token carefully before you make a deposit on ProBit Global.
